Outline
Psalm 45 celebrates the marriage of an earthly king of Israel, which shows us the continuing outworking of the purpose of God for His people. But this Psalm goes deeper as we see the outworking of God's further revelation, which all points us to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Himself, who is the bridegroom of His people, and who is superior to all and is victorious over all:
