Ephesians 1:4-6

Paul wants his readers to comprehend the full breadth and depth of the threefold blessing of believers through the Triune God - the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Eph 1:3). God the Father has blessed you by:

1. Choosing you (Eph 1:4a)
2. Cleansing you (Eph 1:4b)
3. Co-opting you (Eph 1:5-6)
