4th Annual Winter Retreat
About the Retreat
We are excited about our upcoming Winter Retreat on March 2-3! We plan to spend quality time together praying and studying God's word. We also look forward to indulging in fun activities, sweet fellowship, and good food!
This year's theme is "Recognizing Our Spiritual Armor (Ephesians 6:10-20)." As we reflect on the past few years, we can't help but notice the confusion and chaos created by various historical events. Unfortunately, we have witnessed much division in our nation and the church. We must prepare ourselves for what lies ahead, recognizing that our world is dangerous for those who proclaim Christ. As Christians, we don't put our trust in worldly things. Instead, we must keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, enduring whatever comes our way (Hebrews 12:1-3).
This retreat will help us recognize that our Lord has given us the protection we need to stand firm against the fiery arrows of the evil one!
Format
This year, we will be holding our retreat at O'Leno State Park all day on Saturday located at 410 SE Oleno Park Rd, High Springs, FL 32643. Our retreat will culminate on Sunday morning at the Grace Bible Church Campus located in 2115 NW 39th Ave. Gainesville, FL 32605.
